We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, free license to use our tools for personal, educational, professional, and commercial image processing purposes in compliance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & User Content Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of all images you process using ImageFixTools.

Because all image processing happens locally within your device's browser memory via client-side APIs, ImageFixTools does not store, copy, claim ownership of, or license your uploaded media.

The website design, software source code, branding, logos, graphics, and instructional content on ImageFixTools are the proprietary intellectual property of ImageFixTools and are protected under international copyright laws.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process illicit, defamatory, or infringing materials.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or launch automated scraping/denial-of-service attacks against the website infrastructure.
• Misrepresent affiliation with ImageFixTools without written authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

While our tools are calibrated to standard dimensional standards (including official 300 DPI passport specifications), ImageFixTools does not warrant or guarantee that processed photos will be accepted by specific embassies, consulates, passport agencies, or testing authorities, as individual submission guidelines may vary over time.
